• Gentle handling: Gently rubbing to clean spots is important to avoid damaging the flocking.
Drying method
• Dry inside out: This protects the flocking from direct UV rays, which can cause fading.

Flocking repair

If your order has been seized by customs, there is no need to contact us. We are already informed and will resend the order directly. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a new tracking number by email within a maximum of 3 working days.

I placed an order and paid, but I didn't receive a confirmation email.
You will always receive a confirmation email immediately after your order has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email (and see that you have been charged), this means that you have not provided us with your correct email address.
How do I get a refund for an item that is the wrong size?
Our company does not accept any returns, we refund immediately in case of a problem coming from us. Unfortunately size problems are not considered as "our fault" because there is a size guide set up which is very clear.

All information we receive about our customers is confidential and is never shared with any third parties. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details.
